Freecad UI Glitch for High DPI settings

 Using custom DPI settings and that's screwing up Freecad's UI

The solution is as followed:

Modify the following section of your "user.cfg" in your config directory. 

<FCParamGroup Name="HighDPI">
          <FCBool Name="DisableDpiScaling" Value="1"/>
</FCParamGroup>

For Linux-based systems, that would be "~/.config/Freecad". 

That should fix this problem.
